Video conferencing online consultations

​​As a response to the recent COVID-19 environment, Dr Tong and his team are offering teledermatology consultations for suitable skin concerns including:

  • acne
  • eczema
  • psoriasis
  • skin rashes and allergies
  • pigmentation including melasma
  • skin infections
  • some forms of hair loss

Steps to make a telehealth consultation with Dr Tong

  1. ​Call 02 8540 9130
  2. Ask for a telehealth consultation for which relevant contact details will be sought
  3. Requirements
    • A computer or tablet with a camera and microphone
    • Good internet connection
    • Chrome or Firefox preferred for internet browser
    • A private room or office with natural or good lighting
    • Your pharmacy details including address and fax
    4. ​
  4. Be available at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment, where our receptionists will check you in
  5. Wait for an email or SMS link to the virtual waiting room and passcode to enter
  6. Perform a test call and allow your browser to use your webcam and microphone
  7. Dr Tong will invite you into the call to start your virtual dermatology appointment when ready
